The invoice for your order will be sent by email to the address given at the time of registration to our website. The invoice will be addressed to the company name provided when filling out billing information. Arix Imballaggi can perform electronic invoicing for public administrations, such as fire departments, law enforcement departments and armed forces of any kind. In this case, purchases should be made by contacting one of our sales managers, and not online.
Our standard delivery service includes transport expenses amounting to 14.00 € within Italy. Alternatively, the delivery is free of charge for purchases above 250.00 € excluding VAT throughout Italy, or above 300.00 € excluding VAT to areas that are difficult to reach (the list of remote locations is provided by the freighter “Bartolini” and concerns all the locations that are not easily accessible in Italy, as well as the regions of Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria). For deliveries to locations that are particularly difficult to reach, such as Venice and smaller islands, the transport cost is increased by 14.00 €.
For shipments to EU countries, the transport of the goods is charged to the recipient who will have to collect them at our office. In some cases Ariximballaggi will be able to take care of the shipment. It will be necessary to contact the offices for the quantification of costs.
Taxes and / or customs fees are to be bourne by the buyer.
The customer is responsible for the payments of all custom offices and import taxes imposed by the local government.
In Spain we shall apply value added tax (VAT) except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories delivery expenses for customs and import taxes are charged to the client).
For extra EU countries customs fees and / or import charges must be paid separately to the courier
In case of bulky goods, however, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer about any additional charges. Standard delivery does not include delivery to upper floors or Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL areas); porterage charges are also not included. In case of similar requests and/or for international deliveries, please contact our offices in order to arrange the shipping details and related charges. The goods travel at the purchaser’s risk; Arix Imballaggi S.a.s. will not be liable for any damage, delay, failure, or fines of any kind that may occur during the transport. Under exceptional circumstances, Arix Imballaggi S.a.s. reserves the right to terminate, suspend or defer the contract in whole or in part. To avoid unpleasant disputes, the purchaser should check the goods at the time of delivery. Any complaints should be made immediately and directly to the carrier upon receipt of the goods and reported on the delivery note. If the purchaser fails to raise objections, goods shall be assumed to be delivered in an undamaged condition. Such conditions are also valid for goods delivered at place.
Delivery times are approximate; deliveries are generally performed within 24/48 hrs from receipt of payment for items ready for prompt delivery. The above mentioned conditions do not apply to products being out of stock, temporarily sold out and/or not immediately available. In such a case, you will be promptly contacted in order to find possible alternatives. Delivery times for out of stock products may vary from 5 to 30 days approximately, according to the manufacturer's indications. Delivery times are therefore approximate and not binding and may be subject to variations. Arix Imballaggi S.a.s. shall not under any circumstances be liable for any delays. Deliveries are made by domestic express couriers; delays and setbacks may occur.
Please, note: when our offices are closed, NO deliveries will be made; also, we cannot guarantee to process any placed order, not even for items ready for prompt delivery. Deliveries will regularly restart as soon as our offices are open.
In order to know more about the availability of products, please read the color legend of our product availability. In each product sheet, estimated delivery times are identified with a small colored square. Though generally reliable, ETA is still approximate: for greater precision please contact us.
Our offices will remain closed in the months of December and August (dates to be defined annually). This year the company will remain closed in the summer period: from August 3 to August 25 included, and in the winter period: from December 22 to January 3 included. Any orders placed during office closing time will be processed as soon as we will be back in the office according to the date of arrival, and delivered as quickly as possible.
For payments by credit card, bank transfer and PayPal account, Arix Imballaggi relies on external, certified banking systems. You will be therefore redirected to the website of the bank, so as to provide maximum safety during the transaction and ensure protection of personal data.
The purchaser is entitled to the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to prior written notice to our offices. You will be then contacted by our staff in order to agree on refund, reimbursement or replacement arrangements. Return costs shall be borne by the Purchaser. The right of withdrawal shall only be exercised if the goods are returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. The right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to the following products, in accordance with the Article 59 of the Italian Codice del Consumo (Consumer Code - provision against unfair commercial practices).
The resolution of any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, Italy.
