Retaining compounds

Retaining compounds are designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts: they help fastening bearings, bushings and cylindrical parts onto housings or shafts. The main feature of retaining compounds is their capability to readily fill any air voids between the threads and then harden so as to give precise assemblies and high strength bonds. Retaining compounds help create uniform stress distribution and maximum load transmission capability, while eliminating fretting corrosion.
