Request Product Samples

In the process of finding solutions for specific applications, it is often needed to try out a technical product before performing a bulk purchase, in order to verify that the product meets all application requirements. Nevertheless, such a reasonable need is often hindered by supply and management issues.

Arix Imballaggi offers its know-how in order to identify suitable samples and send them to the customer, if possible, according to the following terms:

• The customer sends a written request about his requirements
• Following to the request and depending on the products to be sampled, it will be confirmed whether it is possible to sample the product and given information about the time required to get it.
• If the sample is available, Arix will send the goods cash on delivery charging the customer the standard transport cost corresponding to 14.00 € approx. (excluding VAT). In the case of a heavy product, the transport cost will be recalculated accordingly. This is intended as a small, nominal fee for a research and supply activity that may be demanding and time-consuming.
• Sales packages are not intended for sampling; if available, they can be bought according to the standard terms of sale.

Customisation Services

“Customisation” refers to anything that is purpose-built for the client, such as: layout, out of standard cutting measurements, die-cut products and special packaging. In order to provide a customised product, a minimum order quantity is always required: this quantity varies according to the type of product. What kind of products can be customised? - Adhesive tapes: any kind of adhesive tapes for packaging can be customised. The minimum quantity required corresponds to 360 rolls for the classic method, and 720 rolls for the pre-printing method. For more information, go to the related technical sheet

• Straps
• American boxes
• Korrvu boxes: the layout can be customised for purchases of minimum 3000 pieces; at least 700 pieces are required in order to customise the dimensions (trial sample needed)
• Postal envelopes for delivery: customisable with a minimum quantity of 30,000 pieces
• Cuts to size of double-sided adhesive tapes: quotations for supply and cutting are made on request
• Die cutting of double-sided adhesive tapes: quotations for supply and cutting are made on request
• Pallet collars or wooden boxes: customisation of the layout (company logo) and of the size, up to a maximum height of 40cm and length of 3 meters.
• Special, purpose-built packaging: prior to the customisation of packaging a sample is required, in order to perform study and leak testing.
