On our website, we offer various payment methods to make the purchasing process simple and secure. 

• Credit card: You can choose to pay for your order using a credit card: our website uses the Unicredit banking system to ensure greater transaction security. Unicredit accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
• Bank transfer via MyBank: to pay via MyBank, select the credit card option: once you have accessed the Unicredit banking portal, you can then choose this option. If you use this payment method, goods that are ready for dispatch will be sent out immediately.
• Advance bank transfer: you may choose to pay by advance bank transfer within 4 days of placing your order. Once this period has elapsed, the order will be considered void and will not be processed. • Invoicing method: the invoice for the order will be issued within approximately one week and sent digitally via SDI, the Italian data interchange system. Delivery times

Orders placed by 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, are processed and dispatched via express courier within 24–48 hours. For certain locations that are difficult for couriers to reach, delivery times may be longer. Orders paid for by bank transfer in advance are delivered within 24–48 hours ‘from the time the transfer is credited’.

Delivery times are shown in the last column of the price table: each colour indicates the estimated delivery time for the product. These times are always approximate and may vary depending on suppliers’ availability.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free for collections from our premises; the delivery charge is €15.00 for Italy. For international shipments, charges will be calculated separately for each country.
