Orders

NO minimum order! Arix Imballaggi does not require any minimum order for your purchases. You are totally free to choose any product even in limited amounts. It should be noted that Arix Imballaggi does not sell at a “retail level”, and, except in particular cases, products shall be understood to be sold “per package”.

Orders for goods that are ready for delivery (indicated by a small green square in the price list) will be shipped out immediately, given that the order is placed before 12:00 and after receipt of the payment. Purchasing on the website Ariximballaggi.it is allowed to VAT-registered customers as well as to private citizens by entering their tax code.

Damaged delivery

In case of receipt of goods with external and evident damages on the packaging, please accept the goods anyway and remember to sign the delivery note, adding "good accepted with reservations, damaged/broken/open packaging". After that, please contact our offices in order to arrange the return and/or replacement of the damaged goods..

Cancellation of outstanding orders

Orders may be cancelled through written notice to our offices. Cancellation is NOT allowed for personalised goods and/or goods that have already been sent.

Resi

The purchaser is entitled to the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to prior written notice to our offices. You will be then contacted by our staff in order to agree on refund, reimbursement or replacement arrangements. Return and delivery costs shall be borne by the Purchaser. The right of withdrawal shall only be exercised if the goods are returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.

The right of withdrawal shall not be applicable to the following products, in accordance with the Article 59 of the Italian Codice del Consumo (Consumer Code - provision against unfair commercial practices).

• service contracts after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that he will lose his right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the trader;
• the supply of goods or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the trader and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
• the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
• the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (hence, all the Adhesives!);
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. The Court of jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes shall be the Court of Brescia
